Hi, I'm and this is Georgina!
I'm here to help you throughout your home buying or selling process. Trying to do it on your own can be difficult and more important, cost you additional money. I'll find you homes within your price range, help you find buyers, take care of the paperwork and make sure that you don't experience legal issues or problems on closing.
Georgina is a town in south-central Ontario. The northernmost municipality in the Regional Municipality of York, the town is bounded to the north by Lake Simcoe. The largest communities are Keswick, Sutton, and Jackson's Point. Smaller communities include Pefferlaw, Port Bolster, Roches Point, Udora, and Willow Beach.
I've sold real estate exclusively in Georgina for over 20 years, mostly in the Willow Beach, Sutton West, Jackson's Point, Virginia, Pefferlaw and Port Bolster. Every village in Georgina is unique, some are fully municipally serviced while others are more rural with wells and septics. Some areas of Sutton West are still serviced with well and septic while others have full municipal services. Your agent, wether buying or selling has to know the areas to avoid potential problems. Experience like that can't be taught....it has to be lived!
Buying or Selling a home or property in a rural area is not the same as buying or selling in a serviced urban subdivision.
